Upon arrival at Chiew Larn Pier (Ratchaprapha Dam), guests will continue their journey to 360° Issara Floating Resort by traditional long-tail boat. This scenic ride offers a unique opportunity to experience the beauty of Chiew Larn Lake, surrounded by dramatic limestone mountains, lush rainforest, and peaceful emerald waters.
For guests booking the All-Inclusive Package, scheduled shuttle long-tail boat transfers are already included with the stay.

IMPORTANT:
• All boat reservations are subject to availability and require booking at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
• We kindly recommend arriving at the pier at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to allow sufficient time for check-in and luggage arrangements.
• During peak season, please note that without advance reservation, guests may experience waiting times of at least 2 hours for boat availability.
