Zero-Impact Architecture

Our floating resort is carefully designed to blend seamlessly with the natural beauty of its surroundings. By using eco-conscious building methods and locally sourced materials, our villas sit lightly on the water, preserving the lake's clarity and serenity. No heavy foundations, no disruptive infrastructure just thoughtful architecture that respects the land and water.

 

Wastewater Management

We’ve invested in on-site purification systems that treat wastewater efficiently and safely. These innovative solutions ensure that all water used at the resort is processed in a way that protects the environment keeping the lake clean and the ecosystem balanced.

To further minimize wastewater, we do not operate any laundry facilities at the floating resort. All linens and clothing are transported back to the mainland for cleaning, where proper water treatment systems are in place ensuring no discharge into the lake.

 

Garbage Management

 

Waste reduction is a daily habit at 360° Issara. We actively promote the 3Rs: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. Organic waste is composted when possible, and recyclable items are sorted and sent to proper facilities. To prevent any environmental impact, we transfer all garbage back to land via a dedicated waste transport system, 2–3 times per week. Nothing is disposed of in the lake or the forest, ensuring the area remains clean, natural, and untouched.

 

Continuous Improvement

Our environmental strategy is never finished. We monitor our impact, listen to our community, and learn from experience—including over 10 years of operating a successful floating resort at 500Rai. What we’ve learned there guides us to go further, do better, and set higher standards at 360° Issara.
